When the result printer fails in printPrefix, the query result can't be
displayed properly, as the "result-content" part is output to session output
already. One example would be executing this query with CSV with header format*:
use dataverse TinySocial;
for $i in dataset ChirpUsers return $i;
*The current master will print JSON for CSV with header. The fix is pending.
The solution could be assemble a String within the method and append to session
output all at once....
