Note that in the error output:
INFO: The output direct memory budget for this server is 1179648 bytes
INFO: The "estimated" input direct memory budget for this server is 16777216
bytes
So, this is 17MB at least. while the max direct memory is set at 16 MB.
Note that the second value is an "estimate"
