We need a document on the left hand side of our main docs page called
"Performance Tuning and Hints" -- something that explains, in particular, how
one can control JOIN ORDERING in AsterixDB -- and also what join hints we offer
and what happens when they are used (i.e., index NL join and broadcast join vs.
the default hybrid hash join).
Ian: I couldn't figure out how to assign this to Shiva - can you reassign?
