Starting with a clean system, trying to run the SQL++ Primer setup statements
in one fell swoop seems to be a no-op...?? (I tried it - the output was on a
single line and unreadable and it didn't seem to have worked.) For example,
try pasting the contents of the attached file into the SQL++ input window and
hitting run...
