I saw a test failure
https://asterix-jenkins.ics.uci.edu/job/asterix-gerrit-notopic/8618/, which is
caused by that http://lorem-rss.herokuapp.com/feed was down...
Why our test case would depend on an external website? Can this test case be
improved by letting our test case pass even when that host is down?
