Incorrect comparators are given for a secondary btree index when AsterixDB
instance with a preloaded/inserted data stop/starts and sends a query without
having any dml operation before the query is sent.
Due to this bug, ASTERIXDB-425 issue surfaced out when the asterixdb instance
with preloaded data stops/starts and sends the left-outer-join. So, fixing this
issue will do fix ASTERIXDB-425 issue as well.
