Michael J. Carey commented on ASTERIXDB-1361:
---------------------------------------------
Yes, I was just "curious" as to what would happen when I asked that.
I knew it was problematic, but the UI prominently invited me to select that
option for any query, so I wanted to see what would happen.
Three thoughts (well, two thoughts and a question).
1. That change sounds better! Internal errors should never bubble up to the
user / web UI level.
2. Can you remind me how someone could - through the UI - specify what's needed
to get the desired result?
3. It seems like we could still maybe do SOMETHING for the second failing
query, no?

> Try typing 1+1 to AsterixDB with CSV (with header) selected as the format.
> It causes an INTERNAL ERROR.
> Nothing should ever cause an internal error.
> :-)
> Also try typing {"name":"Mike", "salary":100}.
> This also gets the same internal error.
