The `image` shortcode currently imposes the same viewport-height limit on
every asset. Give it a generic responsive default (`max-width:100%;
height:auto;`) and an optional `style` parameter. Caller styles follow the
defaults, so authors can add declarations or override individual properties.
Move `max-height:80vh` to the four RAI guide screenshot calls, keeping their
existing presentation while letting other images use the generic default.
For example, a fixed preferred width still shrinks to fit a narrower content
area:

```
Validation:
- Hugo 0.111.3 build and `git diff --check` pass.
- Browser fixtures verify default fit, no upscaling of small images, no
generic viewport-height cap, caller width and height limits, overriding default
properties, and HTML attribute escaping.
- The RAI guide fits at 1280×720, 390×844, and 1280×360 with the old
stylesheet, retaining image aspect ratios.
- Image URLs, alt text, and bytes are unchanged; all other generated HTML
pages are unchanged.
