I tried to install Apache 2.0 on Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS.
I installed node 0.12.2 from nvm and had to install from source:
- erlang (to get R14B04 instead of R16B03),
- rebar (2.5.1).
When running `dev/run`, and opening fauxton, the "Config" tab fails ("An Error
occurred: Database does not exist.").
`make check` also fails. Here is the output.
