Not a problem and feel free to ping. That bug I mentioned in couch_key_tree
I'm not 100% on but I figured I'd write it down somewhere at least. It may not
actually be one, I was just reading through there to make sure I knew exactly
how latest=true affected the return value from couch_db:open_doc_revs.
