It's also unlikely since it triggers different things and causes different
issues. Yours one is "libicui18n.so.52: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory" - it's linking issue with icu. If you did a fresh and clean
build, then something is wrong with your icu (assuming that autoconf locates
the right one). I would try to dig in this way.
