I've run into this bug at least dozen of times during load-tests.
Please, check for the attachment where I stored error listing from CouchDB.
This error most likely happens under pressure (PUT access to CouchDB) when I
open Futon or reload Futon front-page which causes call to GET /_all_dbs
The first time I noticed this was when doing document ID tests with bulk
inserts on 2000 documents
(http://blog.inoi.fi/2010/11/impact-of-document-ids-on-performance.html). Then
GET /_all_dbs caused this or similar error in every single test I run! Not the
every time, but maybe after 10-20 attempts to reload Futon [GET /_all_dbs].
Today the error in attachment happened under single-document operations
(GET/PUT) about twice (having updated several thousand of documents).
CouchDB: 1.6.1
OS: OSX 10.11.1 + Docker 1.9.0
FS: docker has shared volume to OSX disk
note: the file in attachment is partially anonymized, I tried not to overwrite
anything important
