Conflicts are an integral part of CouchDBs design concept, but we don't have
much tooling and metrics available to make conflict handling easy.
As conflict detection and resolution is cumbersome users ignore conflicts until
they get a problem.
The goal is to make conflict detection and resolution a first class citizen in
the UI and API. The goal is to reduce all friction a user right now has with
understanding, detecting and solving conflicts.
