Joan,
Not at all wrong. They're not PR's yet precisely because I haven't done much
testing. My next move is to noodle over our existing tests to see if i can
figure out how to reuse the existing tests for the new end points. I'm not sure
if that means looking to expand fabric tests to cover the new fabric_local or
if it'd be easier to re-use HTTP tests and go full stack.
