We do have it supported in [local
lexer](https://github.com/apache/couchdb-documentation/blob/master/ext/httpdomain.py#L629).
May be worth to switch onto in instead of doing
[fallback](https://github.com/apache/couchdb-documentation/blob/master/ext/httpdomain.py#L653-L656)?
