Thanks for the review. I have made the suggested changes.
I hadn't tried installing fauxton to mochiweb - I have done so now though,
but I can't replicate the problem with the failure on _membership request. I am
running my couch on a VM which I connect to from windows, so I'm not sure if
that might be having an effect.
