Many design doc function of cloudant would be sent userCtx object to let it
know who call it and what roles it has
But what if we want more data than role? Are there anything we can send with
userCtx?
If there are nothing possible I would like to request this feature. We should
have key "_ctx" in user to specified anything we like to be sent into design
doc function
