Submitting a PUT request, the most browser will send a preflight request
(OPTIONS). The werbserver does response with HTTP code 405. Anyhow,
whitelisting the OPTIONS request in the config does not make any difference.
Also if i add a new Host adress to the cors whitelist, the OPTIONS is gone from
request whitelist.
