Add documentation for compiler flags
The new build system, rebar, has non-obvious compiler flags for those used
to working with a standard make/gcc build. This documents the ERL_CFLAGS and
ERL_LDFLAGS environment variables.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/ibikestl/couchdb-documentation
2.0.0_compiler_flags
