    Make auth handlers configurable.

    Unit tests pass, dev cluster runs. Plus I'm able to use a modified version 
of couch_jwt_auth.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dmunch/couchdb-chttpd 
feature-configurable-auth-handlers

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
