Create React Layout
This creates a <Onepane/> layout that can be used instead of the
one_pane.html.
This is that start of removing the backbone.layoutmanager components.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/garrensmith/couchdb-fauxton add-react-layout
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
