On the following page, all ports are referenced as 5984
http://docs.couchdb.org/en/latest/intro/security.html
For _config endpoints, I understand that this should be port 5986?
For example, under the section "Creating New Admin User"
HOST="http://127.0.0.1:5984";
I assume this should be HOST="http://127.0.0.1:5986";
