Add test_request:delete/3
Sometimes it useful to be able to pass headers in test case to a delete
request.
Adding delete/3 to be able to do so.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/cloudant/couchdb-couch
add-test_requet_delete_3
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
