@davisp: thanks for the clarification about the multiple reduces
One of the problems I had with understanding the code was figuring out how
to modify the response format at the higher level (i.e the new format above)
with only modifying couch_query_servers. IIUC, this will require changes to
possibly chttpd or couch_mrview?
