WIn 10. Couchdb 2.0.1. At first Couchdb service was running paused. Tried
running from command line, but received an error indicating a permissions
problem on starting the log server. Was able to start a CMD line as
administrator and start couchdb successfully. User is a member of the admin
group. Any idea what's going on here? Thank you in advance.
