Jonathan Hall commented on COUCHDB-3330: ---------------------------------------- Upon further investigation, I discovered that adding `since=now` as a query argument restores behavior to that I expected. So perhaps this is not a bug, and only a lack of documentation. Even so, having `feed=longfeed` immediately return all historical results is not what I would expect at all, so I'd like some validation that this is indeed the intended behavior--then I'll be happy to update the documentation accordingly with a PR. > /_db_updates?feed=longpoll not working as expected > -------------------------------------------------- > > Key: COUCHDB-3330 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-3330 > Project: CouchDB > Issue Type: Bug > Reporter: Jonathan Hall > > While updating the documentation for the /_db_updates endpoint in CouchDB > 2.0.0, I discovered that the `feed=longpoll` mode is not working as before. > It appears to operate identically to `feed=normal` mode. That is, it reports > all historical events, then closes the connection. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.15#6346)
