Followed the steps and it all works nicely.
I have a new version of the `rebar.config.script` patch that works against
current master (let’s not do this again). The patch also adds non-mono-repos to
`.gitignore` instead of `src/` wholesale:

Cluster stands up, make check works fine.
We should now start an Infra ticket to coordinate when they can disable
notifications and whatever else we need to get this up.
