I keep forgetting to let help desk know when I have changed devices and which
numbers I have active now. I need to update my information with lookout 360 and
kredit karma and all 3 credit reporting agencies. I need all my accounts such
my Bank accounts from 1stcb and 1nb and capital one to be updated and I need to
have my information updated with TCF BANK AND WELLS FARGO, BANK OF AMERICA AND
CHASE AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN CHILD SUPPORT DIVISION BECAUSE I FILLED OUT
PAPER WORK LIKE IN 2001 OR 2002 FOR SOME REASON I RECEIVED A PACKET OF PAPER
WORK FROM MICHIGAN WHILE I WAS INCARCERATED IN THE MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF WHEN
I RECEIVED THE PACKET I NEVER UPDATED MY INFO TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY WHAT THE
PURPOSE OF THE PACKET OF PAPER WORK FROM MICHIGAN was for but I believe it was
for a huge amount of back child support from my daughter Santa Elena Garcia
Aguilar father Manuel Garcia he does work in the agricultural sector so he
travels a lot he has probably remarried I have had no contact with him the last
time I spoke Susan Estrada my daughter Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar godmother
Susan got highly upset saying that I RECEIVED a huge amount of money from Child
Support and she deleted me from Facebook. When Susan Estrada took my daughter
Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar to live with her and my compadre they came to
Phoenix to get my daughter Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar so she would not be in
the middle of a separation and I was not doing to good myself I had relapsed on
cocaine usage but even then Susan Estrada was well aware of my whereabouts so
when Susan Estrada filed custody papers or legal guardianship she lied about
knowing my whereabouts she knew I was in Arizona she (Susan). When Susan
Estrada left her old Manager job in Firebaugh, .CA she told her boss that I had
given my daughter Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar up to Susan Estrada in adoption
the owner told me this when I called the complex desperate to know how my
daughter Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar was doing. After the phone call I started
searching and searching through every which way and Susan Estrada always made
sure I NEVER had any contact with Manuel Garcia I know that on my daughter
Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar 15 birthday I sent her a huge birthday card that I
paid to have made while i was perryville prison in goodyear az my doc number
203574 it is was never returned to me so I assume Susan Estrada most likely
threw it in the trash the last I knew Susan Estrada was living in Vacaville .CA
she said my daughter doesn't use Santa as her first name my daughter goes by
Elena Garcia she was born 4/15/1992. I have no idea if Susan Estrada actually
filed custody or not but I do know that if she did she was wrong for this and
my compadre her ex I doubt had anything to do with any of her wrong doings. The
last time I was in Firebaugh.ca I happened to be at Susan's Home at the same
Manuel Garcia was present that was in 94 OR 95 I really can't remember exact
dates because of me being shot 9 Times in 2001 on April 1st it will be 16 years
ago tomorrow that I was taken to Good Samaritan hospital by ambulance and after
being in coma for 5 days I finally came to and the first person I saw was my
father DAVID VALDEZ AGUILAR I suffer from memory loss the Doctors on the trauma
advised me before I left the hospital on April 19th that I would eventually
become aware of the memory issue. Anyways enough of the blah blah blah I need
to update my information asap with everyone I mentioned because I have REASON
to believe that I was supposed to get some kind of life insurance policy money
from Child Support for my daughter Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar from her father
Manuel Garcia and I believe that Susan Estrada went into hiding with my
daughter Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar and brain washed her saying that we
abandoned her cuz we don't love her which is not true. I know Manuel Garcia has
or had a sister Norma Cuevas living in Mendota .ca if I'm not wrong and her
husband is Javier Cuevas he runs a cotton gin I believe. I believe that I was
supposed to receive a huge amount of money from different sources such
[email protected] and winloot but for some
reason all my accounts get blocked every time I have a breakthrough in my
memory loss. I honestly believe that my brother Norberto Lorenzo Aguilar and my
Son's Gilbert D Aguilar and Dayomashell Javier colmenero and my sister Sylvia
Magadalena Montoya and Juan Montoya were all in on the frauds involved in my
credit cards and they are who prevented me from being able to receive
everything that was supposed to be mine. My sister Sylvia Magadalena Montoya
and Juan Montoya knew 2 weeks prior to me being shot that my brother Norberto
Lorenzo Aguilar threatened to kill me. They waited to say anything because they
didn't want to get their mask pulled and my sister Sylvia Magadalena Montoya
and Juan Montoya and my brother planned how it was all gonna go down in order
for none of them to implicated in my murder but I didn't die like they planned
so their Little plan back fired. I have no proof of this but I pretty sure if
you interrogate all of the named in separate rooms and play the game like on
NCIS or FIRST 48 and the other series NUMBERS I believe you will be able to
scare the truth Out of my sister Sylvia Magadalena Montoya and Juan Montoya my
sister Sylvia Magadalena Montoya has NEVER been to jail and she will not make
it in prison and my son Dayomashell Javier colmenero Aguilar and Gilbert D
Aguilar I believe were in cahoots only because my brother and Joseph Rodriguez
aka Joseph Rodriguez have them imtimadated to death because I know my son Dee
he's a mammas boy no matter how much we fight and argue he never meant any harm
to me he just didn't want my brother Norberto Lorenzo Aguilar and Joseph
Rodriguez aka Reno from West Side 27 to harm my Son's grandfather on his dad's
side and Gilbert D Aguilar my son in Minnesota was also imtimadated by the same
above mentioned. My kids are not the type to hold grudges against each other
or against they love me they are just afraid to say anything because they don't
want their grandfather getting hurt and they don't my oldest son Dayomashell
Javier colmenero Aguilar is not guilty of trying to harm me he only did it to
save his grandfather's life and Gilbert D Aguilar also was scared to lose his
grandfather. I remember Gilbert said his uncle Norbert Lorenzo Aguilar
threatened him awhile back saying that Gilbert D Aguilar better pay him the
money he owed him for mota and I told my son why the fuck was he even doing
business with Norberto Lorenzo Aguilar after what he planned when I got shot. I
can't remember my son Gilbert's response but I can recall the day he Gilbert D
Aguilar told me of what Norberto Lorenzo Aguilar threatened him I believe I was
still residing in Minnesota and to be exact I was living in Columbia Heights
and I told my son to just go with me in Minnesota and he never did he ended up
going after I came back to Arizona in Feb 2013. I believe that my brother
Norberto Lorenzo Aguilar and Joseph Rodriguez aka Reno from West Side 27 also
threatened my husband Hugo Rizo Mosqueda and that is why he was always so quiet
and why he treated me so bad emotionally he was scared asf to lose his dad and
his father last away in April 2016 and since then my husband has been
Heartbroken and not knowing how to tell me that my brother Norberto Lorenzo
Aguilar threatened him. And now that I have been with Enrique Armando Estrella
Escalnte I believe they Norberto Lorenzo Aguilar and Joseph Rodriguez aka Reno
from West Side 27 also threatened my boyfriend that he either help get rid of
me or they will go after his family he is scared to say a word and he is scared
that he will be deported because he was deported in 2006 and he really needs to
be here for his own medical care and to watch over me and my children hugo Jr
rizo Aguilar, Fernanda Barbara rizo Aguilar and breseyda Lilia rizo Aguilar. I
believe we all need to be given new identity and taken to a safe house to be in
the witness protection program and I mean myself my daughter Santa Elena Garcia
Aguilar my son in Minnesota and my son dayomshell Javier colmenero Aguilar who
is sitting in county jail at lower Buckeye jail if he goes to prison they will
have him killed my Dayomshell Javier colmenero Aguilar dob is 11/09/89 his
social security is 600907516 he is awaiting trial for a crime he had no choice
but to protect himself and the life of his live in girlfriend and her child at
the time and the description in the police report from the incident on June 2
OR June 9th at 1621 n 37th drive Phx az 85009 the person that Manuel Osorio
Sandoval described is not my son the description he gave was of someone else at
the home because my son did not have his beard trimmed or freshly cut my Son's
beard was down to his chest. My son was afraid to call the police because his
home had been in a home invasion robbery he was afraid because he was taken
care of his business to pay his way through life and to be able to pay the rent
and bills because I was not gonna help pay his way through life any longer but
I honestly believe that my brother Norberto Lorenzo Aguilar threatened him and
had that robbery or home invasion setup because my son Dayomshell Javier
colmenero Aguilar refused to keep playing the Little game my brother Norberto
Lorenzo Aguilar and Joseph Rodriguez aka Reno from West Side 27 we're playing
to have me eliminated from their own war games. Anyways I believe that myself
my daughter Santa Elena Garcia Aguilar and my Son's Gilbert D Aguilar and
Dayomshell Javier colmenero Aguilar and my 3 young ones here at home need to be
issued new identities and taken to a safe house or different safe houses if
need be but I want to be taken with my 3 young ones here at home and my
boyfriend Enrique Armando Estrella Escalnte or I believe he said his name is
Jose Acosta well that is the name he has a dui under but we need to relocated
asap. My current location is 2644 e paradise lane apt.a Phoenix az 85032. The
anniversary of the shooting of April 1st 2001 will be up tomorrow at like 930
pm so we have to move fast and I need to know exactly what I need to do and
which credit cards are good for me to use to be able to get clothes for me my
boyfriend Enrique Armando Estrella Escalnte and my 3 children. I have Pontiac
torrent 2008 and the diagnostic tests ran on my vehicle through onstar have
been coming up with major errors and I already had my checked at AutoZone at
22ndst and Bell rd the battery registered good but it has been losing the
charge and the onstar system said they are receiving incorrect information as
if I were to be in a cr accident the rescuers wouldn't be able to locate me and
I believe there should be a stock amplifier or a black box under the passenger
seat and there is nothing there so I believe that myself my 3 young ones here
and Armando are all in danger we need instructions and detailed instructions on
how to get a new vehicle and new identities and get a new home or Apartment
move in ready we don't want to alarm anyone we just want to leave and not
return and I don't want to take my children to Daycare at Little Swans today I
need relocate asap and my husband Hugo Rizo Mosqueda needs to relocate and be
given new identity I just need instructions and detailed and need a nannies to
assist with my kids because I do suffer from ptsd and bi polar nd anxiety or I
just need instructions and detailed of what Center my kids can go to school or
