Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED I am using windows 10 creators update ## Possible Solution <!--- Not obligatory, but suggest a fix/reason for the bug, --> <!--- or ideas how to implement the addition or change --> I tried to Shift+Right Click on the bin folder and run command prompt, I then typed couchdb and it ran its thing... Didn't work so I tried to run services as an admin and start the service "Apache Couchdb" and to my luck, it didn't start. I tried to replace the 'nssm.exe' file and I haven't gotten it to work yet. ## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs) <!--- Provide a link to a live example, or an unambiguous set of steps to --> <!--- reproduce this bug. Include code to reproduce, if relevant --> 1. When I go to start the program it gives me an error "Windows could not start the Apache CouchDB on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 3. 2. When I connect to 127.0.0.1:5984/_utils I get a "refused to connect" ## Context <!--- How has this issue affected you?
