I have added the Full Control permissions for the Local Service user to the C:/ CouchDb directory and all containing directories and files.  I then restarted the service and unfortunately the problem still persists. Here is the latest log and crash dump: [LatestLogs.zip](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/files/1164886/LatestLogs.zip) I can confirm that CouchDB 2.0.0.2 works on my Windows 10 development environment but not on this Windows Server 2016 environment.
