nickva opened a new pull request #1058: Make rexi cluster stability timeout configurable URL: https://github.com/apache/couchdb/pull/1058 Also increase it to 5 minutes. This stability period was designed to clear rexi buffers for nodes that are permanenlty gone. 15 seconds turns out can be too short of a time say rolling upgrade of a cluster takes a while to restart the nodes.
