Leaving it here as it might be relevant. A similar issue was noticed with
someone using attachments in the 10MB range. One attachment had larger size
around 50MB.
Investigating on #couchdb-dev IRC channel, implicated the
`couch_doc,'-doc_from_multi_part_stream/4-fun-1-',1,` function (it looks ugly
because it was an anonymous function with its name mangled).
Also possibly related in that case was that there were intermittent network
problems - nodes being connected and disconnected.
