The ETAG header seems to be missing in the views results like this one, but the doc is still referencing the ETAG header as a result of the query. I've read that the ETAG in views is not longer supported from CouchDB 2.0. Is this correct? Should I remove any reference to ETAG for _local_docs documentation?
