My understanding from reading the documentation (and from experience) is that in a single-node setup, conflicts are prevented by requiring the most recent revision's "_rev" when supplying an updated document. Am I incorrect in my understanding, or is there another way to get conflicts that I'm unaware of in a single-node system?
