 Review comment:
   This causes issues when running the indexing and jobs with eunit. I will try 
and enqueue a job before the check_types() has been run, so then the couch_jobs 
throws an error to say the type timeout has not been set. Even though it has, 
but the couch_jobs_server hasn't done a first run yet. Could you make it do a 
check_types on the init and then schedule_check?
