And docker image documentations says that providing COUCHDB_USER and COUCHDB_PASSWORD will create an ini-file based local admin user with the given username and password in the file /opt/couchdb/etc/local.d/docker.ini and nothing more. So this is confusing @wohali says that COUCHDB_USER and COUCHDB_PASSWORD should not be provided, but http://docs.couchdb.org/en/stable/setup/cluster.html says that user must be created.
