ngspinu edited a comment on issue #2129: _find performance issues URL: https://github.com/apache/couchdb/issues/2129#issuecomment-524221527 So that means _find will never be as fast as a regular db view, although they use the same map/reduce underneath - and the same query engine. I guess the docs should be warning about this performance trade you are doing when using _find. Perhaps this issue should be moved on the couchdb docs repo?
