The `buildx` tooling won't push the `variant: v8` value, so I'm hoping it works; if not, we'll revert to the `docker manifest` way of doing things. Others: Images are now posted for `apache/couchdb:2.3.1` and will be part of future releases. We will track merging this for the top-level `couchdb` image separately. Once I have confirmation that this pulls correctly for someone on a real `arm64` machine, I'll close this issue.
