My windows 10 laptop (with this issue) Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17763.1098] - 64bit I have a fresh install of windows 10 on a laptop and confirm it's working without issues. Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.657] - 64bit I will now look at your suggestions and report back.
