I did run into this yesterday and found a tweet that suggested to replace `apache.bintray.com/` with ` http://apache.jfrog.io/artifactory/`. This kind of worked but `apt` still refused to use the sources because it complained the repository is not signed. Reading the linked thread in the first item in this issue the url sounds roughly right, so maybe there is only a tiny thing missing to get signing working?
