I believe that #4386 is for the developer instructions. (It was inspired by that, for what it is worth.) But this PR wants to talk about the generic "non-developer" instructions that users bump into when they want to build and run CouchDB on a macOS (like I did when I joined). @nickva's argument may apply in this case as well, but I will have to double check. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
