@big-r81, Thanks, that link got me 3.3.2 and 3.2.3 versions that at least differed. The 3.3.2 was the same as I got from the original link, and failed to load. The couchdb.logs indicated that it had a dependency that had a dependency, that... depended on Homebrew being installed. After installing Homebrew (twice) the install *.pkg seemed to leave out a lot.
