I am asking because I have been pondering about having the `clouseau.ini` and `log4j.properties` files automatically created by `./dev/run` when they are missing. My motivation is that users should not peek into the sources to figure out what kind of files are needed. But provide them with sane defaults that they can tune further. I am a bit unsure though if that is over-engineering here. It was moderately inconvenient, _but_ the error messages were clear enough to make progress. I don't think it's necessarily over-engineering to generate those files, however. Maybe output some text that they are being generated if they are missing? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
