for an extreme test we tried to set `[fabric] all_docs_concurrency = 10000` (ten thousands) and it suddendly worked perfectly for the first 8.000 requests. Then it started immediately slow down to the previous point Since we need to get to 200.000 requests we need this behaviour to be constant.
