This is expected and documented behaviour (see any of our docs on how replication works). By using 'now' for each request you telling couchdb you have no interest in updates earlier than the current moment, and clearly you do. To successfully replicate or synchronise some external store you need to pass an update sequence to 'since' that you've previously processed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
