Hey @konsumer; just seeing this after posting to #349 above. Curious what holds back the PR from @glynnbird. Do we need to individually fork `nano` and pull in that PR? Is anyone running that in production? Separately, I have been using `ChangesReader` outside `nano` since the `nano` implementation has only one instance per connection.
