3.5.2 Release Prep
Cherry picked commit summary:
* As many fixes as possible if not related to new features
* Nouveau/Lucene 10 upgrade/speedups
* CI / make parallelism
* All QuickJS updates
* Optimizations
* Dependency updates: jiffy, ibrowse, mochiweb, meck, rebar3
Most of the commits were cherry-picked cleanly except some where dependent
on features introduced in new feature PRs. There was one commit like that:
[3.5.x backport of
config:get_integer_or_infinity/2](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/commit/2c69e39dde474367feffdc707513cac82a9e6c75)
where I created a 3.5.x specific backport. Because of how we added Trixie
twice to Jenskinsfile I added an extra commit to remove one entry.
What's not included:
* Time-seq changes
* Autopurge plugin and associated APIs
* UUID7 default
* Conflict reduction during interactive doc updates
* B-Tree cache for views
* Auto-reload config feature
* Mango VDU selectors
