Since we can include models in the projects now,
Perhaps it makes sense to just use the actual models in our unit tests now.
And delete the dummy toy models.
(The only ones we can't remove are the ones that is not included- i.e. umls,
but for POSTagger, SentenceDetector, Chunker, etc., it should make it easier to
maintain.
