Description:
MedER was built on top of cTAKES 2.5
At some point it should be added to cTAKES.
Since it was not done in Apache SVN, will figure out at the time it is
incorporated into Apache SVN, whether Sunghwan needs to get a software grant
completed.
Note it is now being called MedXN rather than MedER
