this affects at least 3.1 and 3.1.1
Examples of text that produce multiple LocationOfTextRelation annotations:
"pain in the middle cerebral artery"
"aneurysm in the middle cerebral artery"
In neither case though does the EventAnnotation have its bodyLocation set.
